HDBaseT Alliance Shows Off 5Play at CEDIA

HDBaseT Alliance announced that it will showcase its HDBaseT technology, featuring the 5Play feature set, at CEDIA EXPO in Atlanta.

According to the statement, 5Play combines uncompressed full HD digital video, audio, 100BaseT Ethernet, power over cable and various control signals through a single LAN cable.

CEDIA EXPO is the top tradeshow in the residential electronic systems industry, bringing together companies and technologies working to integrate home systems for “on-demand,” adaptive and connected living.
