Netflix Surpasses 1 Million Members Milestone in Canada

TORONTO, Aug. 4, 2011 – Within ten months of launching its service in Canada, Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) has surpassed one million members. The milestone was in July, when Amanda Bell James, from Flin Flon, Manitoba joined Netflix and won a lifetime membership to the world’s leading Internet subscription service for enjoying movies and TV shows.
