Sony Renames Optical Disc Business

Sony Corporation announced that it is changing the name of its Sony Disc & Digital Solutions Inc. business to Sony DADC Corporation, effective October 1, 2010.

Tokyo, Japan, September 30, 2010 – Sony Disc and Digital Solutions Inc. today announced that the company will be named Sony DADC Corporation, effective October 1, 2010.
