DVD6C Wins $4.4 Million DVD Royalty Arbitration

The DVD6C Licensing Group announced that its authorized licensor, Toshiba, has won an arbitration to collect royalties due under the DVD6C patent license from ChangZhou Xingqiu Electric Co., Ltd. (China).

The DVD6C Licensing Group (DVD6C) announced that its authorized licensor, Toshiba, has filed a demand for arbitration to collect royalties allegedly due under the DVD6C patent license with ChangZhou XingQiu Electric Co., Ltd. (China).
