In a January 22, 2010 filing to the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), Ritek Corporation announced that it had entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Daxon Technology Inc. to purchase Daxon’s optical disc manufacturing equipment for NT$500 million (US$15.6 million).
