Panasonic announced that it has expanded its line of Full HD 3D Blu-ray Disc players to include the new DMP-BDT100.
According to the statement, the DMP-BDT100, available in August, joins the DMP-BDT300 and DMP-BDT350 in providing superior 2D and 3D picture quality, as well as innovative features such as VIERA CAST internet functionality.

Netflix Slashes 285 Part-Time Jobs
According to published reports, Netflix Inc. is cutting more than 285 part-time jobs at two of its distribution centers in California.
The reports indicate that 160 workers in Fremont and 125 in Santa Ana, CA will loose their jobs as Netflix moves to automated DVD mailer processing systems.
